Foreign fill appointment. Classic and/or Hybrid
Service Description
This service is for new clients and repeat clients needing foreign work filled. This is an extension fill session that may take up to 1.5hours. (Must have at least 40% of initial set of extensions on each eye left to be considered a fill.) If less than 40% of the eyelash extensions remain or if the current lashes are damaging the natural lashes at the time of the appointment, clients may be required to reschedule for a full set.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy A 40% deposit is required to secure specific appointments. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully transferable to your new booking. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window will forfeit the deposit, as it’s difficult to fill the spot on short notice. For appointments that do not require a deposit: In the event of a late cancelation or a no show, a 40% fee will be billed to the Client. Failure to pay the remaining balance or repeated last-minute cancellations will result in limitations to future bookings. This policy upholds respectful boundaries between client and practitioner, helps maintain a balanced flow for all appointments, and serves as a safety net for my small business — allowing me to continue offering quality care to everyone I serve.
