DOORS OPEN 30 minutes prior to session start time. The Sacred Pause is an invitation to lay everything down and return to yourself. In this session we will journey through a resonance of frequencies and music while experiencing quantum healing. This gently rebalances the body’s energy field, clears what no longer resonates, and restores harmony between mind, heart, and spirit. It is less about doing and more about allowing — allowing your nervous system to soften, your energy to realign, and your truth to surface. This is not a place where you need to perform, achieve, or pretend. It is a sanctuary where your full, authentic self is welcomed exactly as you are. After the alignment, the space opens into integration and community flow — a gentle container to journal, move, converse, read, or simply rest in presence with others. Sacred Pause is both an inward journey and a shared field of remembrance: you belong, you are enough, and your being is the gift. Session Details: This session is open to our community. There is no right or wrong way to receive. Each person experiences energetic alignment in their own unique way — from subtle shifts in the body, to sensations of heat or coolness, to visions, emotions, or even deep rest. Whatever arises is exactly what you need in that moment. Touch Consent: Gentle touch may be offered to support the flow of energy, though it is always optional. Please share your preference in your booking notes or let me know at the start of the session. Your comfort, safety, and sovereignty are my highest priority. What to Bring: An open heart — come just as you are, with no expectations. A yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask for comfort. Water and a journal to ground and reflect afterward. Earplugs (if sensitive) for deeper immersion in sound. Whatever will support your open flow journey afterwards. (snacks, music, drawing pad, journal, etc.)

Cancellation Policy
1. Donations and Payments We appreciate your contributions, these help us continue offering these connective and transformative experiences. There are additional donation opportunities at the time of the session. Please note that all donations and payments allow us to continue these sessions and that there are no refunds. Thank you. 2. Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may not be rescheduled. 3. Punctuality If you anticipate being late for your session, it is essential that you inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled START time of the session. We will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes (WITH NOTICE) after the scheduled start time. Please note: If you arrive late and do not notify us, we will not open the doors if you arrive after the start time. This policy is designed to preserve the energetic boundaries and maintain a harmonious environment for all of our guests. This is crucial for ensuring a safe space for everyone in the session.
