Service Description
This service includes the TOP AND BOTTOM Lashes. The lash color infusion darkens your natural lashes with a customized formula while enhancing your eye color. It lasts 3-5 weeks and it will elevate the beauty of your eyes while eliminating the use of mascara.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy A 40% deposit is required to secure specific appointments. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully transferable to your new booking. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window will forfeit the deposit, as it’s difficult to fill the spot on short notice. For appointments that do not require a deposit: In the event of a late cancelation or a no show, a 40% fee will be billed to the Client. Failure to pay the remaining balance or repeated last-minute cancellations will result in limitations to future bookings. This policy upholds respectful boundaries between client and practitioner, helps maintain a balanced flow for all appointments, and serves as a safety net for my small business — allowing me to continue offering quality care to everyone I serve. By booking you appointment, you are acknowledging and consenting to all of the above. Thank you.
